Printing & Products

Are my Single Prints Cut?

No. We do not cut the singles from the roll when you order individual prints. This is for a few reasons.

It saves our team time and money for having them stay on a roll. We can continue to keep competitive low pricing and have tens of thousands of prints print to order items to choose from.

A huge reason is when we cut the orders, there is a huge risk of items being misplaced before they are fulfilled. We can easily triple check your sheet prior to shipping to ensure you get all the prints in one go.

Can I get a shirt made with one of your graphics?

YES! We have a seperate side of the business for ready-made products.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We have a few options for shipping. All of the processing time is JUST for the shipping. It does not include the production TAT which is always listed on the top of our website and in our terms and conditions prior to check out!

  • $6.50 - USPS Regular - 3-6 Business Days after Fulfillment
  • $10.00 - USPS Priority - 2-5 Business Days after Fulfillment
  • $10.00 - UPS Ground Shipping - 1-5 Business Days after Fulfillment

Overnight Options

  • $55.00 - Overnight UPS Shipping - 1 Business Day after Fulfillment
  • $75.00 - Overnight AM Delivery Time - UPS Shipping - 1 Business Day after Fulfillment

We do offer Free Basic Shipping on all orders over $125 after any discounts/codes and before taxes.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily use USPS for a majority of our deliveries. USPS picks up from our warehouse Monday through Friday and we also do special drop offs each week if needed.

We also have an option for UPS delivery if you prefer UPS over USPS. We hand deliver all of these deliveries each day.

We do not offer FedEx, DHL or other carriers at this time.

Where do you deliver?

We offer USPS and UPS options for all of the US locations with set rates.

All international is subject to USPS and the discounted rates they provide. There are no set flat rates for USPS.

Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

When you check out, you agree to the terms and conditions at the time of your order. We post our current turnaround times within the agreement and it is always on the top of our page.

99% of our orders fulfill by the final turnaround time date.

In rare cases due to printing issues, machine issues or influx of orders, we will let you know of the delay.

Can I change my delivery address?

Please email us immediately with the new address and order number. This way we can update it as quickly as possible. If you do not send the address immediately, we may not get the response in time to fix.

Once a label is printed, we cannot update the address. We do not print labels until they are prepared to ship.

We will do our best to always update your address but we cannot promise if it is within 24 hours from fulfillment.

How can I track my order?

Your should receive a tracking number on all orders once we fulfill the package.

Please allow up to 72 hours for movement. Our local USPS does not scan upon pickup and it will not scan until it reaches the Charlotte Distribution center. Even then, sometimes the boxes are placed in a way the barcode is missed by the machines.

How do I know if I have received my complete order?

You will receive an invoice within your order. Please review your entire order for issues or damages immediately upon receiving your package.
