When you purchase with Kai Rae, you are accepting all of our terms and conditions.

 

TURNAROUND TIME

Our turnaround time is for our production and it is subject to change. This is just an estimation on how quickly we can process your orders and is not a guarantee. In the past we have had printers go down and videos go viral which have pushed our posted TAT back. We will always keep you as updated as possible. 

 

READY TO SHIP ITEMS

All Ready to Ship (RTS) items must be ordered separately from any other items including gang sheets. If your RTS items are in an order with regular items, it will be the standard turnaround time and not the turnaround time that is listed on the RTS listing or promotion. 

 

RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders are processed as quickly as we can and become top priority. The TAT can vary and will always be posted on the listing. This is also an estimated time frame and we will try our best to stay within that window when processing. Rush orders cannot be cancelled at any time.

 

INCORRECT GANG SHEET/CUSTOM ORDERS

Your order must be 100% ready to print when it is submitted via the uploader or our Gang Sheet Builder. If it is not, Kai Rae Transfers will cancel the order and supply a store credit for you to repurchase. This cannot be returned back to your form of payment per the terms you agree to upon checkout. 

 

WORKING HOURS

Kai Rae Transfers work primarily in the evening and night time. Your first business day starts the day after your order no matter the time of day. (Eastern Standard time)

 

SHIPPING 

All items are dropped off or picked up within 24 business hours after fulfillment. USPS picks up Monday - Friday. UPS items are delivered personally each day after day shift leaves roughly 3pm. 

  

LOST PACKAGES

Please contact USPS or UPS if your package is lost in transit or did not arrive. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once delivered. You will need to file a police report and follow through with your local authorities and post office location about the package theft. 

If a package is never received by USPS/UPS and never scanned, please let us know after 72 hours once picked up. Packages are picked up the following business day so they should show movement within 72 hours. 

Once a package HAS been scanned by USPS, we do follow the USPS policy of allowing 15 days if it shows "In Transit." Most packages do get moving and just need extra time.

We have no control of USPS and their shipping times. If you'd like to upgrade to UPS, there tends to be less issues with their distributions.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS/PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER

You are responsible for ensuring your address on file and on your order is correct. If it is not correct and your order is returned to us, you must pay to reship the package. It can take the USPS 5-10 Business Days to send your order back to us. If you contact your Local USPS immediately, you may be able to intercept and pick up locally. 

 

SINGLE TRANSFERS 

All orders are shipped and fulfill in gang sheet form. We do not individually cut your order for you. This drastically eliminates error and turnaround time by keeping your order on one sheet since we print to order and do not keep stock. By ordering with us and accepting our terms and conditions, you do accept that these images are not cut  

 

RETURNS 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.

If your order is not correct, it will be cancelled for a store credit only.

Rush Orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

Any requested cancellations that can be processed will be provided a store credit for the entire purchase price. They will not be refunded to the original payment as all sales are final.

ORDER ISSUES 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.

 

If you have any issues with your order, you must email us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will issue you a reprint or can provide a store credit. 

After 7 days, we cannot honor a replacement or credit as it could be due to poor storage, humidity exposure or damage that was not due to shipping. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Kai Rae Transfers reserves the right to cancel any order at any time including orders that are not ready to print, due to customer relationship being discontinued, pricing errors, fraudulent use of wholesale codes, if codes are applied when not valid or any other reason seen fit.
